These terms apply when you book tours, safaris, Kilimanjaro treks, Zanzibar holidays, or related services with Zamadam Adventure (Aim Mall, Arusha, Tanzania). By completing checkout or confirming a booking with us, you agree to the following.

1. About us

Zamadam Adventure arranges travel services in Tanzania through licensed partners, lodges, parks, and local suppliers. We act as your tour operator for itineraries we confirm in writing.

2. Bookings & quotes

Prices on the website are indicative until we confirm availability, park fees, and accommodation for your dates. A booking is confirmed only after you accept our written proposal and pay any required deposit.

3. Payments

Deposit and balance due dates will be stated on your invoice. We accept payment methods shown at checkout or on your invoice. Bank charges are the client’s responsibility unless stated otherwise.

4. Cancellations & refunds

Cancellation terms depend on how close to departure you cancel and supplier rules for lodges and parks. We will communicate applicable fees before processing any refund. Travel insurance is strongly recommended.

5. Changes by you or us

Itineraries may change due to weather, park authority decisions, flight delays, or safety. We will offer reasonable alternatives. If we must cancel for force majeure, we will refund recoverable amounts or offer rescheduling where possible.

6. Your responsibilities

You must hold valid passports, visas, vaccinations, and insurance required for Tanzania. Follow your guide’s safety instructions and park rules. Inform us of medical conditions or special needs before travel.

7. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zamadam Adventure is not liable for indirect loss or events outside our control (including third-party delays). Our liability for proven direct loss is limited to the amount paid to us for the affected services.
